The Annex is a two-floor apartment of 70 square metres located in a yard house, with room for 4-6 persons. The first floor contains a kitchen and living room with a double bed and lavatory. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a shower and bathroom. The upper bedrooms have 120 cm wide beds.
The kitchen has hot and cold water and the dining area is for six people with direct access to the living room. It is equipped with household utensils for six persons, electric kitchen cooker with an oven and a microwave oven. There is also an electric coffee maker and a refrigerator.
A firewood stove is also available, and the firewood is included.
TV-system is a Boxer digital box and you may use your own programme card, WiFi is available free of charge.
Annex rental cost is SEK 5500/week. Half of the rent is to be paid as a booking fee, when you book the Annex.
